Good job there are some unvaccinated people to test on then! The risk will be minimal, they wont give it to someone likely to suffer and since the death rate is pretty low even for the elderly they should be ok.

I think it's vaccinated people they need as well to check the degree of effectiveness against those who haven't been jabbed

No doubt vaccinated too if not now at some point, but what I was getting at is many flog the unvaccinated but if they were not there then they couldn't do this.
