Queues of Lorries...... up to Nine miles long... are building up at the Port of Dover,
And the blame lies entirely on Brexit ...because of extra Controls and paperwork needed for each lorry.
It is taking up to half an hour for each lorry to be checked out. The Govt is being urged to hold Urgent talks with the E/U to try and ease even more paperwork that is going to come into force later this year.
..........Be prepared for more empty supermarket shelves ..........

18.19 Judging by the 1.25 million job vacancies in the U/K.
More of the right sort of immigrants .....The ones that went home because of .....Brexit.... are needed badly in the UK.
//our trio of Nazis in Hell must be rubbing their hands in glee. What they couldnt do,the Brexiteers did.//

I think you have it the wrong way round. One of the aims of Brexit was to prevent the EU doing what that trio failed to do.

//From all accounts a lot of Brexiteers voted for Brexit to avoid thousands of illegal immigrants from invading Britain//

All accounts? Not my account. Perhaps you could provide some evidence to support your claim. Nobody I know believed Brexit would prevent illegal immigration.
Are you saying that the amount of illegal immigrants into Britain since Brexit has been reduced to a handful a year, bob. Are you looking through the wrong end of a telescope, bob?
@18.29.From all the surveys i have seen immigration into Britain was one of the leading concerns of Brexiteers.Perhaps i read the wrong papers.

I think you will find, if you look deeper into the surveys (for what they're worth) the principle concern of people who wanted the UK to leave the EU as far as immigration was concerned is that 500 million people had the inalienable right to settle in the UK. No trouble with rubber boats or the back of lorries; they could simply pitch up at Heathrow or Gatwick, could not be refused permission to enter and could stay for so long as they liked. It was that uncontrolled legitimate migration that was the concern and which could be prevented, and which has now been stopped.

Many countries - both within the EU and elsewhere- suffer from illegal immigration and the UK is no different. Whether or not we belong to the EU will have no influence on that. The EU, for its part could help the situation for its members and the UK considerably if it ditched its ridiculous Schengen Agreement. But there's precious little chance of that.
