The Westminster rumour mill has it that Williamson will be knighted to buy his silence. If this is true then the 54 letters should reach Graham Brady ASAP.Yes Johnson got Brexit done and won an election which prevented Corbyn getting into Downing Street but his time is now up and he must go.

He should save it all for the book after the inevitable departure of Boris
It will prove far more lucrative I reckon
Is this the same Williamson who makes Johnson and Gove look like highly intelligent geniuses and expert politicians of the highest stature and order? If it is the same Williamson you are on about, then this whole country is b*gg*r*d.
It sounds perfect - a redundant 'honour' from a pointless 'honours' system, for a sacked minister to buy his silence.

If it is true (which I doubt) & if he accepts it, he would be a laughing stock for the rest of his life "Sir Stumm"
Who cares, a knighthood is worth Jack these days. Bliars knighthood was the final nail.
// [Williamson] is thought to have knowledge of skeletons in the Prime Minister’s closet //

Not sure it is smart to publicise that there are juicy stories to be unearthed.
