You are missing the point, sb. I didn't offer stats. I pointed out that some people died from the vaccine alone, and many more, have permanent health problems

Thank you for proving that you have a baseless argument and even if you had a vague semblance of one you know that facts and figures speak for themselves
There is an inherent risk in every single thing that we do
The risk of not having a vaccine massively outweighs the risk of having it
To the point that it does not even register
You have acknowledged that with your post
Of course, sticky... I have never denied it. What I'm asking now- is, who would be responsible for vaccine deaths- if they were pushed against their will?
Still no answer to post #59 pixie

Every single one has rung us back this morning, unable to find anywhere else- too short-staffed because of unvaxxed carers.
——-
The unvaxed carers have a moral obligation to get vaccinated or leave the profession
They should have done so immediately it became available
The lady taking my blood donation said so last month
Her exact words were
No jab no job
That is now legislation in England for front line health staff
It ought to be uk wide
That is where devolved government falls down

Again
What are the figures thus far for deaths caused by vaccine ?
You cannot continually spout against vaccines or use the word If when you have no evidence based data or figures !
I can't, because I am totally for vaccines, just against bullying or misinformation. Unless you are suggesting that "nobody" has ever had a bad effect from the vaccine, I'm still asking- who is responsible for those that have?
And no, unvaxxed carers have a moral responsibility to do what their clients prefer. Not what the government does.
I had mine, partly because I believed (it was early on) that it might also stop transmission. But, if visitors, relatives, residents, clients don't need it... why only carers? What is the logic there?
Here here! I’ve had my jabs.. and I’m all for freedom of choice. But if you’re not willing to get a jab that’s supposed to help with symptoms you shouldn’t expect someone else to foot the bill for your medical expenses. Yet something else that Singapore has done right!
> Unless you are suggesting that "nobody" has ever had a bad effect from the vaccine, I'm still asking- who is responsible for those that have?

Not the person who took the vaccine! Unlike if they never took the vaccine, and came to harm that way (far more likely).

What's the purpose of the question?

The only misinformation is your refusal or unwillingness to provide data ! Or is that because there is none ?!
As for what their clients prefer I would take a wild stab in the dark and go out on a limb by saying they would want their carers to be vaccinated !
Surgeons have to have certain vaccinations in order to perform their jobs
I am sure that their patients feel safer in the knowledge knowing that they have !
Sticky, I have no data! I'm not asking about liklihood. I'm asking about the few that suffer or die from the vaccine. The reason is- because I know some, but mostly a moral question. Of someone is pushed into medical care they didn't want, and it goes badly, who is responsible? I don't think it's that confusing, just a question.
And, I disagree with your second point... while we both have been, not one client or relative have asked if we have been vaccinated- but a couple were scared we might leave because of it.
In my experience with elderly people in the current time, every one of them has objected more to isolation, than they have worried about vaccines (and no, they are not all too stupid to keep up...).
Who made any accusations about people being stupid ?

Unless you mean anti vaxers ?
There is a reason that governments push certain agendas and regulations
Sometimes the public have to be protected from themselves
That is why we have seatbelt and mobile phone usage at the wheel legislation
It's difficult, sticky, as you aren't actually reading my posts. Carry on...
great idea and very Singaporean.
And btw, both seatbelts and anti-phone laws, protect other people more.

Interested to know how seatbelt law protects other people more !?!
Really? Have you never seen a driver killed from the person behind not wearing a seatbelt?
Do you think the NHS should deny treatment to anyone who refused to give up smoking or alcohol? Or the obese?

And also so does the vaccine !

No I have not
I doubt many others have either because it is a fairly rare occurrence
A bit like deaths as a result of covid vaccine I would suppose
Has the act of putting on a seatbelt killed anyone yet? I think... you are so one-sided, you can't even see both any more, sb.
can't do it here. We pay for our NHS medical insurance ahead of time in our NI.
