"On Thursday Poland's top court ruled that key articles of EU law were "incompatible" with the constitution." - looks like Poland also have their share of remoaners.

Spending an extra £350m per week on the NHS would be a waste - probably go in inflated admin salaries.

"The court's decision effectively rejected the core principle that EU law has primacy over national legislation" - welcome to the EUSSR!
I think it’s a very very long way off. Apparently there were demonstrations all over Poland at the weekend to stay in the EU.
Question Author
yeah but remoaners always make the most noise. Wonder if Polish project fear has started.
Poland won't leave. They get too much money from the EU.
No wonder the Poles demonstrated to stay in, I’ll give you a watered down instance
Went to Krakow about 8years back, was asked by a friend to fetch fags back ( they joined the EU in 2004) under EU rules the cig allowance was 3,200,we bought 1000 which all but 200 were taken from us back at home airport , I wrote to my MP who raised the issue in the H.O.C, I received a headed letter from there giving ‘it’s because it’s a fledgling economy right now ‘ reason!!!!

Our friend paid up though :0)
// "The court's decision effectively rejected the core principle that EU law has primacy over national legislation" - welcome to the EUSSR!//

the principle is in a treaty - which we incorporated into domestic law, including where there is a conflict EU law takes precedence.

concluding Pexit is a bit of jump even for AB !
agree Naomi - they are net receivers of EU moolah
No way will Poland leave the E/U , They are not as easily radicalised as the Brits. They would not have stood for the likes of Johnson and Farage to hoodwink them .
Guly, they get lots ... and lots ... of money from the EU. We gave lots ... and lots ... of money to the EU.
10.59 Naomi, They got lots and lots of fuel in their garages and lots of food in their supermarkets.
/// and lots of food in their supermarkets.///

They might have now with their subsidies but not 8-10 years back, have you ever been there Gully?
True, gully. We're all starving here ... and, if we can find the strength, walking everywhere we need to go It's a desperate situation. A crisis like no other!
As soon as they see what a great job the UK is making of separation they'll stop all this marching for Europe and see sense. :-P
11.13 Trouble is Douglas it will take that long , none of the Brexit voters will still be alive, it's taken Five years of their lives up so far ,and look at the Mess Robin Johnson and his merry men have made of it.
Well I should of known better than ask gully questions :0(((
Last time I looked, Poland were net beneficiaries of the EU to the tune of 6 billion Euros per annum. NO they wont be leaving.
Question Author
yeah but once the EUSSR have spent the dosh we gave them they'll have to start charging more so Poland etc will find they are much less of a beneficiary.

Interesting chart Khandro, now remove the UK line and then go down the negatives until it adds up to what the UK paid in. A lot of those negatives will soon be positives.
11.30, I am still waiting to see where the £350m a week Boris promised on his Bus , ,,,has gone to, ?,,, it certainly was not the NHS as he suggested.
