Didn't Labour's membership balloon when they were trying to get Corbyn elected? Perhaps they are all deciding it was a failed enterprise.

Wonder if "Worzel Gummidge" will ???.
Rodders?
I don’t think he will. I’ve never thought he’d last long.
Rodney is Starmer's middle name.
The saddest thing is the old duffer still thinks his way is the right way. He doesn’t seem to have noticed that very few want it.
The Brylcream Boy will fade into oblivion as his predecessors have done
And Worzel Gummidge or haystack should be Boris Johnsons real name looking at the immage he presents of himself, W.a.w
Bet any ex Raf member on A/B or their wife would know how to spell ........"BRYLCREEM".......
I’m the wife of an ex RAF man but the spelling of white grease never had an impact on my life gully :0)
Entertainment all the way if there is an implosion like this.....
I don’t know but losing members isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Labour as far as I am aware had more members than the Tories at the last election but lo and behold we all discovered that it’s not just Party members who vote at elections.
If it’s the sort of member John McDonnell would especially regret losing, then …

It did.
Although I thought most of those upstarts had long shuffled off.
If the members leaving don’t like Starmer then they won’t be around to vote him out ;-)
Was there not some chat about the toffs taking membership in the Labour Party so they could vote in leadership contests?

How very underhand but so like them.
Them toffs eh, Guvnor? They don’t know their place like what you do. :o)
Sneaky beggars all, it would appear.

As an aside, do I remember correctly?
I don’t remember.
Had an Uncle who did his, National Service in the RAF. but never used Brylcreem.
It was some Tories who joined Labour so they could vote for Corbyn.
Boris will eventually shoot himself in the foot given his broken manifesto promises.
