Definitely not,
probably yes . . . for the worse
Clearly not in their attitudes to females
You may wait a very long time before anyone says ‘ yes’ .
No way!
It depends what you mean by 'changed'.

I think some of their attitudes may alter, now that they can perceive themselves as the government of their country, rather than the opposing fore fighting an invader.

But in terms of their extreme interpretations of Islam, with all the negative implications for the people of Afghanistan, I very much doubt that those attitudes will ever change - they are far too deeply imbedded for that.
I don't know.

The Taliban are in charge of Afghanistan and that seems to be the bottom line.

Time will offer the West as to the attitude of the Taliban.
Damn savages...

No they'll never change - dominance by men & a perverted strict Islamic code. Dependence on oversees aid, drugs money, warlords & probably anti-western (anti-everything?) terrorist groups. Gang of thugs. End of!
Taliban - Saudi Arabia. No difference.
They both adhere to an extreme strain of Islam called Wahabism.
The Saudis financed madrases (Schools) in Pakistan where the originated to fight holy war and where wahhabi teachings indoctrinated a couple of generations.

The Taliban are not going to change any more than the Saudis will.
A few years ago Mohammed bin Salman the Prince of Saudi Arabia ordered the execution of a journalist. He dismembered while still alive. The whole thing was recorded for the Prince to enjoy later.
And the UK carried on its relations with that evil regime as if nothing happened. We still sell them weapons. We trade in luxury items, the Royals regularly rub shoulders with Princes. They now own half of London, and they chop people into little bits for disagreeing with them.

Just like the Taliban, except they are not dirty oil rich.
Think leopard, think spots.....
No more than I believe pigs can fly.
The whole situation is so depressing because we know it hasn't, not for the better anyway.
The 'West' continually makes the mistake of thinking that all the women in Afghanistan want to be like the women of the West. A small proportion among the middle classes in the urban centres do, yes.
But the vast majority, I read over 85% estimate, who live in the rural areas want to continue living under sharia law.
Well that 85% should be happy then.
