As the link is a live one if it changes the story is that the Taliban are already hunting for collaborators

The Taliban have just released a statement claiming that they have liberated Afghanistan from a wicked regime that mandates face coverings, destroys statues, and promotes genital mutilation of children.

I like how they said that women will feature prominently in their society
But of course provided they are covered from head to toe in cloth and no recognisable facial features are visible

Not to worry though. Twitter has banned the elected Afghan President from the site ... but is allowing the Taliban to post as and when it feels. There are of course other "social media sites" that have a similar attitude.
