//A health secretary should at least be healthy, otherwise it's a poor example to the rest of us// That's got to take pride of place as the daftest answer of the year.

will the entire cabinet be pinged?
Like 99.999% (or whatever) of people now he will be fine.
Your figures ridiculous and made up youngmafbog
Its intended to show that the vast majority are ok, and will two jabs (that he has had) they are. That is why I wrote (or whatever) but then as AB's major COVID worshipper that wouldnt go with your agenda would it.

Face it man, the vaccines do work you no longer need to live infear.
I wish him well.
My friend has had her two jabs, she is in her early 50s and previously fit and healthy.
She is currently in the high dependency unit of the hospital with silent hypoxia and other complications of Covid. She really is very ill and we don't know when she will be coming home.

Next time they appoint someone to the position only superhumans need apply then?
Yes I’d say the worrying thing about that is he is double jabbed and still got ill.
Just like my friend, ich. It's very worrying.
is it a reason not to have the jab - - no
does it show the vaccine is 'not safe' ? oh god that again - no

have any double jabbers died - erm not sure
have any no-vaccines - aroudn 128 000 here

how many dose of vaccine have been given 1.5 bn - yes that was a billion folks

I hear Covid drastically reduces your sense of humour too...
jno, it's well known the funny bone goes west.....
“Face it man, the vaccines do work, you no longer need to live in fear”

Hear hear.

The Covid worshippers on this site, Welsh Bob and St Gness in particular, hold the view that even when we’re not required to wear a mask, we still should because, they say, not to do so is selfish because we could infect somebody else; they bask in their own feeling of supposed moral superiority.

Both are only a step away from referring to those of us on this site who will choose not to wear a mask, because we won’t have to, as granny killers.

It’s really quite laughable.
Deskdiary, don't bother taking my friend grapes in hospital as she won't be able to eat them.

What is the official, government advice about the wearing of face coverings from Monday?
My last answer relates to the advice for those in England.
A single example Barry, is not a compelling argument.
My understanding THECORBYLOON, is that from Monday it’s encouraged but not mandated, and therefore at best a guideline - so individual choice.

I wholeheartedly agree it’s individual choice whether to get the jabs, and therefore respect should be given to people who choose not to wear a mask if they’re no longer required to.

Works both ways.
