Boris says he is going to ignore the Cummings's inquiry because he is to busy delivering his road map. Whatever that is. With him in the driving seat he will probably have do a few U turns on the m25, get lost in a Cul- de- sacs and get stuck up a one way street.

After watching Hancocks half hour at the Downing St briefing with Hancock dodging as many questions a possible, Johnson knows its time to get rid of him, but he can't because that would make Cummings a winner.

I would have Cummings charged for Official Secrets contraventions given his blabber-mouth before he went into the Select Committee - in there, he is protected but there was enough horse-excreta spouted beforehand. Come on Cressida, do your work and put him in handcuffs.
