//Almost nobody tells the truth is what I’ve worked out over the last 36 hours.//
He’s been an MP since 2015 and it’s only in the past 36 hours he’s decided that his colleagues are liars? Hmmmm.... I suspect there’s more to this story.
We seem to only ever have a choice between bad, really bad, worse, and evil, and very few knights in shining armour make it to the top.
Poor us, the electorate, doomed to be pawns forever in the great power game.
//we elect them theland, we can deselect them next time round.//
And replace them with what. Just what choice do we have, Sir Kneelalot or the bumbling lying womanising buffoon. Great isnt it.
//and it’s only in the past 36 hours he’s decided that his colleagues are liars?//
In the past 36 hours has come out to say it. Sometimes it is better to stay quiet and fight from within. Maybe now Johnson has shown his true 'New Labour' colours he can say what he feels without threats.
Its certainly a stab in the back for our heroes.IRA scum strabads get rewarded, our heroes get hounded.God-damn Bojo and his bunch of cretins.Same goes for Wee Virgin, she has been allies with Sinn Fein/IRA for a while now.Angry, very angry.
I’m not a 100% fan of Mercer’s views. Crimes in war need pursuing and punishing, whether commited by Germans, IRA irregulars, or indeed the British army.
Otherwise the ‘Nuremberg’ defence (only obeying orders etc) is everybody’s get-out clause.
We strive to be MORE civilised, not less.
Mercer is however right in describing Johnson and his gang as unworthy of governing Britain.
