I collect my Motor home on Friday, no hassle with booking hotels guest houses, flights, passports, testing kits, everyone that wants to will be trying to book staycations so prices will rocket that's even if you can get a booking. No worry on losing deposits and will be able to go were I want when I want, whatever time of year I fancy.
A good investment all round.
As said emmie already done all the homework, thousands of farms with land, and to add to them thousands of pubs on their knees just waiting to make the extra buck for a night or two stay. Its a win win situation under the present circumstances.
The government in no way will allow travel abroad, not that I'm interested, plus they want people to spend at home, that means it will be packed everywhere. Me , not interested in beaches or the so called hot spots.
Something we always planned to do. Enjoy. There will always be places tucked away to park up in away from anyone. Unfortunately I couldn't manage in one now.
I am intrigued (and possibly revolted) by the arrangements you expect to make for sanitation - even if you've got on-board facilities, all the legal disposal points at camp sites are closed - and most public conveniences and all the pubs/cafes etc you may hope to use are also closed.
Has your mate given you details of available hedges and ditches?
