A Met PO, at that!
Shocking..
That doesn't sound good
Yes, I read that Smo. It will all come out eventually, but it's very worrying.
Question Author
It just makes no sense!! Bizarre
It just all sounds awful for her family :(
I found it interesting she was coming back from meeting friends when she went missing
Apparently the officer was not on duty at the time.
Question Author
Strangely she left her friends about 9 pm and instead of getting a cab home she chose to walk the 50 mins walk home, which is an awful long way in the lark late at night on her own
not of course that I am apportioning any blame (apart from whoever may have done whatever to her), just found it odd that in these times we are in she was seeing friends. Maybe they were her bubble though, or she was providing assistance.
^^^^ but probably more covid-friendly than getting a cab smow
It was a shock to read that, not what you would expect. Will be interesting to see this story unfold. Terrible time for her family.
Why was she meeting friends? Don't lockdown rules apply in London?
Question Author
Maybe, but I wouldn’t walk that far in the dark at night on my own x
cashier, I'm sure she's not the only one who has met up with friends. Haven't done it myself as I'm still shielding, but I know lots of people who have.
Meeting friends may have been against lockdown restrictions but I don't remember it carrying the death sentence.
Question Author
Whatever’s happened I don’t think it’s going to have a good outcome : (
Dreadful state of affairs, her poor family.
Cashier //Don't lockdown rules apply in London?//
They do but, like in the rest of the country, some people are prepared to ignore them.

A bizarre and intriguing case, as well as a tragic one. I wonder what made the police suddenly abandon their search of Clapham Common and travel 80 miles to Deal to make an immediate arrest.
Question Author
I wonder what on earth happened?? She had a 15 min phone chat with her bf on her mobile whilst walking home and arranged to meet him nxt day, but obv never showed. So something happened after that phone call.
