no
I look forward to the progression of this post ( if there is any )
No.
But I can't say that I'm really fussed.
What ever the result there will be riots and looting, the last lot of trainers must be worn out by now.
if OJ Simpson can, I'm sure this guy will have no trouble at all.
No.

I would think that anyone elected to the jury will have already made their mind up as to the verdict.

Regardless of the verdict, the rioting will follow.

Personally, I would hate to do jury duty, it is just as well that I am excused.

makes no difference, looting will follow as it's the nature of the mob
that follow blm.
TTT; do you care if he gets a fair trial? Do you know what a fair trial is?
TTT; did Floyd get a fair trial? No; he was summarily executed without due process.

Ohh how they larfed. Now I have stopped I might say that if he gets a similar judge and jury(rather than fudge and fury), then he may well be acquitted.
It wouldn't even be considered murder in the UK because of lack of intent. At worst it would be manslaughter through gross neglect.

athiest: "TTT; do you care if he gets a fair trial? Do you know what a fair trial is? " - yes and yes, why the nastiness?
Sorry, TTT, I just wondered. I didn't know you were so sensitive. Do you think he will get a fair trial?

This is perfectly reasonable post about a news item. I do not understand why you are giving me attitude.
TTT (and, while you're at it, why do you label me as a remoaner, and the EU as the EUSSR, and anyone with a hint of decency as part of the TROB?). Please don't play the victim card.
Question Author
what has this got to do with those other subjects? I have posted a subject for discussion, you are trying to start a fight. Why don't you grow a pair and tell me what you'd like to accuse me of.
Sorry TTT. Please forgive me.
Question Author
apology accepted.
I wonder what the fallout of the trial will be? If he's found guilty, there's going to be a reaction from the far right (although I'm sure Fox News will say they're lefties pretending to be right wing), if he's acquitted or convicted of a lesser felony, BLM supporters are going to go mental.

Whatever happens, the fan is going to be dripping with faeces.
Why shouldn’t he get a fair trial?
There are plenty of crimes/cases that get publicity beforehand.
The defence and the prosecution have to present to the jury, and the jury decide.
