doctor then pixie, they will know i would think
Exactly pixie. You are of course doing the right thing for your son. I already have difficulty breathing at the best of times and I understand this virus goes straight for the lungs. If that is true and please tell me if it isn't, then my lungs wouldn't last five minutes.
Yes... if I can get hold of them... I also need to ask for myself and my sister as homecarers. They know, unofficially, but I'm not sure what is on the computer systems.
Thanks, lb. This is what worries me too, for him. I hope all goes well for you, and that it's fine to have x
Your Consultant may know more LB as would any specialist treating Pixie's son - GPs on the whole will know as much as we do and have requested that patients wait to be contacted.

Those who has been par of the trials will have been fully monitored for side effects on an ongoing basis so one would hope that any early signs of issues may be known about but not of course any long term ones.

Pregnant ladies for example are being advised to wait until after delivering before having the vaccine as that hasn't had time to be fully tested.
Mamya, i don't think they have (or can) do tests on pregnant humans although of course volunteers may not have known they were pregnant when they received test vaccine. I think that tests on primates are now very tightly limited.
I'm just about to read this Pixie to see if it tells me what I need to know.

^^ give up fisheries
That's very helpful, lb, thanks. At least, the vaccine itself hasn't been found to cause breathing problems.
And thank you, mamya... I will get advice first from the GP.... just useful to have an idea too, first.
Here’s a thought for you, Maggiebee. Just think if you got your wish and Scotland was out of the UK and in the EU, you wouldn’t have the vaccine. Good old Boris, eh?
The Boris vaccine, brrrrraaaawwww
Would a wee dram enhance the effect of the vaccine?lol
good point Naomi, i didnt think of that...
only time will tell.
//good point Naomi, i didnt think of that..//
