has anyone noticed that footballers with dementia - it may not be repeated head traum - but a body contact sport

There may be something in repetitive head trauma, pp... and also 'ultra-fit' can put and unnatural strain on the heart.... but I'm not sure either applies here.

It seems like it was a heart attack in Maradona's case. Quite possibly down to his general lifestyle since retiring as a player than his recent blood clot (although that may well have also been a factor)
