///////Mrs Parry, from Bournemouth, died in hospital the following day from a brain injury caused by compression of the neck.///////

That looks like a clinical diagnosis rather than a post mortem cause of death.

Can't help further.......sorry.

I would love to know how one is supposed to be able to strangle someone 'by accident'. You put your hands around someone neck and squeeze -oh dear you are dead -was a total accident officer!
Sqad. off topic, but I've been looking to catch you somewhere.
May I recommend this new book to you?

Apologies to Sunk.
Much appreciated Khandro, I will give it a go.
//The trial heard mum-of-two Mrs Parry, who was married to another Dorset Police officer, had become angry after discovering Brehmer had had an affair with another woman while she was involved with him//

Thats a bit rich coming from a woman who was cheating on her husband.
Still sad that it ended the way it did though.
And still cant fathom how you can accidently strangle someone in a 'kerfuffle'

Neither can I nailit but if you want to volunteer, I'll it a go :-)
nailit....." Hell hath no fury....etc.

Post mortem may have shown a cerebral haemorrhage unrelated to her abuse.........I don't know.

Good of you to offer APG, but what happens if I *DO* strangle you?

Female logic Im afraid Andy.
I once had a sexual affair with a married woman when I was (much)younger (not proud of it and felt guilty as hell). She hit the roof when her husband left her for another woman.
Andy??.......no please,any username than...ANDY. LOL
Arrgghh!!
Sorry Sqad.
Multi tasking at the mo, apologies
(and no offence to Andy either)
LOL..no problem.

Just been texting my mate, Andy (a different one obviously)...
As I said, multi tasking.
Murder requires a degree of premeditation. If that cannot be proved then a charge of murder cannot succeed.

Did she have to replace any damaged tiles ?
Just wondering what ive texted my mate now :-(
Prince Andrew?
