Biden wears a mask. But he didn’t in the debate when he was 10 feet away from POTUS.

Trump held a rally in Minnesota after the debate. The President (who presumably then had Covid), addressed a huge crowd who were not socially distanced and not wearing masks. POTUS could be a Super Spreader.
