I think we know what the law is, although it's debatable about whether it makes sense or not.

Misandry and misogyny are vastly asymmetric and cannot really be compared. We have very little misogyny in the West but plenty of "misandry lite"...most husbands are in a constant state of reprimand and it's all good fun with countless sitcoms and comedies written around it. "Henpecking" is an inoccuous term which has no equivalent for the thankfully rare opposite situation. We have too many laws and lawyers already, causing more problems and strife than they are worth.
