Would ask for a poll but don't think the Ed would run it.

And if you do are you proud/pleased of their achievements thus far?

Never. Their motives are sinister .

I don't have the slightest interest in them tbh.
No, I support the idea of blacks having a square deal, but the BLM movement has been taken over by militant anarchists.
I like to think their intentions were initially honest, but they're being taken over by a more sinister faction. They should go back to basics, about preaching equality.
Danny, your post wasn't there when I started writing mine, honest!

100% agree.
No problem Mozz.Great minds ......
Like with political parties... I have no real interest in what other people think. I just know whatqwè
No. I don't approve of any racist organisation.
Why would anyone be pleased by their antics ?
... what I think. Sorry.
I agree with Danny and Mozz. Their agenda took a sinister turn back when they started calling for the police to be defunded.

A tad mealy-mouthed, pixie.

Maybe, roy. I don't know the ins and outs of BLM, so I can't say I support them as a group. I do believe we need to think about better attitudes though- and AB shows daily... that many people feel put out or threatened by equality. To the extent, they will use the BLM as an example, while entirely missing (and proving) the point.
It isn't a cohesive 'joined up' movement in the same way many others are therefore it's not as simple as to support/not support.

In amongst all the posturing and shouting there's a relatively simple message which I support but the methods used under the guise of those three initials have been very wrong in lots of cases.

In answer to your question - sometimes.
Exactly, mamya...
My feelings exactly, mamya, and you expressed them far succinctly than i could :-)
Pixie // and AB shows daily... that many people feel put out or threatened by equality//
That is not what people object to.It is the fact that the BLM has been infiltrated by militant anarchists.I, for one, have no qualms about equality.
It's kind of like saying "do you support conservatives and are you proud of their acheivenents"
The answer for most people would be "sometimes" and "some of them"
Danny, there are often lots of objections and accusations of tickboxing, if someone non-white gets a job, or even wears some jewellery... if people were just protesting about violence, fair enough. But they certainly don't always make that clear here.
I am more concerned with British Culture than elitist minority groups
