No, I do not support this pernicious and anarchic organisation who seek to destroy what we've built over the centuries. I cannot believe those who scramble to get on board with this movement.. like lambs to the slaughter they remind me of those clueless saps in the film Indepence Day, cheering and holding aloft "welcome" banners just moments before being...

No I don't give money, I wouldnt give them the time of day.
Yes I do know what they are about.
I support the message. I haven't made up my mind about the messengers yet. It is almost inevitable that any message can be co-opted for ends other than what was intended, or for ends some of which I don't agree with.
And the second question?
No I don't support the message.
ALL lives matter.
And their message is being delivered with a fascist agenda.

There are two sides to the argument in this link. If what she has alleged is true then this is truly disgusting. But should she not have named and shamed whoever/whichever establishment it was that told her to do these things.

Before anyone asked what this has got to do with the OP, she says she has decided to go public now following BLM.
Her story would carry more weight if she named the people that asked her to bleach her skin. (is that even possible?)
//The singer said was told: "Because you're a black girl, you won't make it that far in the industry.//
I wonder how anybody in the music industry could make such a crass statement.Hasn't he/she heard of Diana Ross or Shirley Bassey among many other black ladies who were genuine stars.
Bandwagon passing, jump on it.
Tickets are offence, triggering, and micro aggression.
ALL ABOARD, next stop compo town!
The problem is that there are of course real issues tangled up in all of this and the sadness is that organisations seek to get hold of those issues and tempt people in with the promise of making everything right.

Well, frankly, the way they are going about it isn't doing that but creating more anger and separation.
But she didn't bleach her skin and she did go far. A miracle then. I don't believe a word of it.
I've just listened to most of her Instagram video and I have decided to file in the same drawer where I keep Duffy's kidnap story.

The case remains open but I would like better evidence.
From the GoFundMe page:

"Black communities are hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic. Black people are dying at up to four times the rate of their white counterparts. This is racism."

Can somebody explain to me please how this is racism?

Also from the same page is "Wagwan in Babylon Britain?"

What the hell does that mean?
As 'a person of colour' no way do I support these people.
It means 'I say, what's going on in corrupt Britain'.

They certainly know how to charm people.
Good lass, Tash. ;-)
Can i set up a movement called White Lives Matter or would that be deemed racist?
Funded by Soros.

Donations to BLM go directly the DNC

In 2016 BLM was designated an extremist group by the Democratic Party and they cut all ties with it and did not indorse it at all. Fast forward four years and all of a sudden they are fawning over and taking a knee to BLM.

Black lives don’t matter when other black men take them

Black lives don’t matter when they are killed in the womb

Black lives only matter when a white cop takes it.

In the US last year nine unarmed black men were killed by cops. Unarmed doesn’t always mean not dangerous though.

Do I support the BLM organisation? NO WAY.

Support for family units and EDUCATION is one of the major ways to bring people out of poverty. Sort those two out and it will go a long way to alleviating the problems.
I do find it a bit astonishing that the black on black stabbings in London don't cause such a hue and cry, and yet the awful death of a black man 4000 miles away do.
No I do not support this contemptible rabble. If they had any shame they would slither back under the rocks from where they came.
Deskdiary, exactly...let alone chicago for example, perhaps they should take stock of there own community, but it's all whiteys fault in it.
