I shall be going just yet as I cannot stand queuing.

Looks like Primarni, Sports Direct and Nike are the hot favourites.

There weren't many people rushing to join the queues when a similar question was asked yesterday:

Your link includes a picture of a shopper in full PPE. I wonder if, having made her purchases in Primark, she'll then wear the same protective gear on top when she dons her new fashion items?
I rarely go shopping anyway but I have just been to the Kawasaki shop to book my new bike in for a service! Does that count?

I guess so, what you got TTT?
Heard through the grapevine people had been Queuing for hours for Primark ,they’re either desperate or sad !!!
I just bought a 1985 GPZ 900R - the one that Tom Cruise used to impersonate me in Top Gun! it's in excellent nick but I figured it could do with some TLC, new oil and filter etc.
bobbi: "Heard through the grapevine people had been Queuing for hours for Primark ,they’re either desperate or sad !!! " - tough one, I cannot imagine how desperate or sad you'd have to be to set foot in Primani!
Oh I can’t agree there 3Ts, I’ve bought stuff from there , it’s called ‘throw away ‘ fashion and I’ve really liked a lot of their stuff
I'm looking forward to going shopping again for some new clothes, but I'm gong to wait for a bit as the queues will be horrendous for the first week or so I should imagine.
I’d never queue , nothing is that important
Don't really see why people should be put down as sad because they want to go round the shops after being unable to do so for months ?
Not for us , but, if it boosts the economy so be it.
Primark is great for holiday clothes.

But, no, I won't be going shopping for a while.
Primark is excellent and cheaper than so called charity shops.
I was never a fan of Primark. I went to Home Bargains this morning and next door to it is a sports shop (can't think of the name) and I could not believe my eyes at the huge mass of people waiting to get in! I'd far rather wait for the novelty to die off in the hope the queues are not so bad in time.
Tc I can’t find anything that’s is so desperate ( and sad) that I’d have to Q from 5 am to get something from PM!!!
Probably Sports Direct ILM, they are offering 50% off to all NHS workers
That's it Bobbi, Sports Direct.
I don't think its a novelty, more to do with getting out the house and to see some sort of normal developing. Makes some people feel better I would think. People queue up at airports to go on holiday. :0)
I wonder what it was like here ILM, Ashley’s hated in the NE but a bargains a bargain I quess :0)
