Wetherspoons took the lead a year ago with the 'bar ordering app'.My son, hopefully can get back to work as a drey driver in Dorset though Dorset has,at the moment ,other concerns about a second wave of the virus due to inconsiderate day trippers. The R Number in the SW is the highest in England at the moment . 0.9

Nothing danny. He is nuts about them. Because of his job location he also drives Badgers. :-)

The brewery near me (Moorhouses) have returned to work, this week. Heard the barrels being moved as they were cleaned and that awful smell of yeast was in the air earlier today.
Wetherspoons were never very good at serving patrons in order (they should consider installing a deli ticket system in all their pubs), now they give priority to app orders which doesn’t work on my Nokia 3310 :-(
3310 .. that must be close to 20 years old ?

That's probably how long the signal takes to get to the bar screen as well. :-)
My Nokia 6210 is a 2000 model too.

App is the noise it makes when I drop it.
I hate Badger Beer, I had the misfortune to grow up with it. Still I remember it was 19p for ordinary and 21p for best. Brock lager was undrinkabe.

The 'Spoons app is great. You can even order your tea on it and two cups arrive in no time.
