All those people dangling cameras over scantily clad ladies didn't help
most of the people in the photos look like they're socially distancing to me
I'll get shot down in flames again but...
Over the last few days Ive seen at least 3 police couples walking side by side. Pretty sure that they wernt from the houshold.
I don't understand it TTT. We go for long walks but avoid any sort of crowds. I'd turn round and go home if I saw that many people around
*Same household*
police on active duty cannot socially distance at work and they dont have to
This is all very discombobulating, isn't it?
I'll stick to my garden, my riverside and my local country park, I think.

Difficult times. :-(
//police on active duty cannot socially distance at work and they dont have to//
Yes they can. They dont have to patrol in two's. Even if they have to, they can walk behind each other. It only takes one person to drive a car etc. And not one of them has any ppe to protect any arrestee (or, more importently themselves) against any virus!
Social Distancing? What Social Distancing?!

Not a lot of social distancing was going on Sunday at Matlock Bath with a load of bikers either.

Police officers, in full ppe on the high street? Doubt it :-)
"We are doomed as a species!"

Quite possibly, but it won't be Covid19 doing the damage.
It's human nature.

We are a gregarious species - the novelty of lockdown has worn off.

You can be sure none of these people know or are connected to anyone who has had the virus, much less died from it.

They see no reason not to carry on as usual.
//Police officers, in full ppe on the high street? Doubt it :-)//
In USA they have it. Not full (as in medical) but at least face masks.
But social distancing costs nothing, no need to be walking around in pairs.
With some of the idiots walking the streets I’d think” in pairs“ is more than sensible .
//It's human nature//
Exactly....
//We are doomed as a species!//
No we are not.
Spanish flu, SARS etc...but we are still here
Rather than shoot you down in flames, Nailit, I'd suggest contacting the pest control department of your local council.

See if they can do something about that bee in your bonnet.

Just in case there is a case of a couple walking together?
(who shouldn't be?)
Yep! Makes perfect sense...
Did you also know that social distancing doesnt apply if you mutter the very english "sorry" and then reach across someone in the supermarket? Apparently, issuing the word "sorry" stops it in its tracks. I had absolutely no idea of this. I mean why would I bother to wait until I know the supermarket is quiet and go down when there are only about 15 people in it when I could just go at the busiest times, do my own thing and mutter "sorry".

Council on lockdown until further notice unforunatlely.

No we are not.
Spanish flu, SARS etc...but we are still here \\ - I was referring to general human stupidity, this won't wipe us out but something will and it'll be aided and abetted by us.
