Gulliver, he is allowed out to exercise, as is everyone.
Not if he’s isolating he’s not.
ZM, so what does this mean:-
//Although the official advice does not specify the length of time you can exercise, it says people “should be minimising time spent outside of the home” while keeping at least two metres apart from anyone you do not live with.//

Wrong Danny, he is in strict Isolation because of his daughters symptons.
He's not in strict isolation. He doesn't need to isolate because his daughter was tested and doesn't have the disease.
Gulliver, read ZM's link above.
Gove was self isolating because a person he was living with had symptoms, danny. You’re not allowed out at all for the quarantine period in such cases.
Gulliver, get the facts correct, his daughter was tested and that test was negative, hence is allowed out.
He is really irritating lockdown or no lockdown.

He should have been in Isolation for 14 days, they should now Lock him up for 14 days.
// He should have been in Isolation for 14 days, //

on the face of it yes, but he managed to blag a test for his daughter

maybe your ire should be directed (as it is in several of today's paper) at why his family was deemed worthy of special testing arrangements, without which he would definitely still be at home.
I wish nhs staff could be tested,. Especially those isolating at home when they could actually be working .
Gulliver, your posts are like a throwback to the arguments over Brexit. Move on, there's a good chap. All this spitefulness is so .... yesterday.
Are you volunteering to return to the NHS annieasquith?
his daughter was tested and does not have it. We are all allowed to exercise. Next!
looks like it's gulliver's turn to try and fail to score political points today. Diddly must be resting up after the kicking she got yesterday!
Retro. Are you getting your gun ready to protect Boris ? :-)
Taking exercise is not a crime - yet.

Not going to work but being paid by the taxpayer, when there is plainly nothing wrong with him, is not a good message.
Gromit, it is if a member of your family who you live with shows symptoms.
