Yeah the shock is that no one has posted this as news.
whereas if Little bo peep has been kicking her sheep there are about five posted
and the question is: with Clinton they had an early vote - basically are they anywhere near a conviction and they had not - so the whole thing was abandoned early

The Democrats have been trying to impeach him since before he got elected and have openly said they won’t stop.
I have listened to quite a bit of the public impeachment evidence and tbh I see nothing there. Whatever is said the Dems shout out very loudly it is evidence of guilt. Even when there is nothing. They flip from one narrative to another in the Hope a scatter gun approach will catch something, anything they can spin into evidence.
Although I am a fan of Trump so it might seem like I am not looking properly... there does seem to be literally zero evidence.
The mainstream media has blasted the liberal Democratic narrative everyday for over three years and it has just made the people who only watch MSM convinced he is guilty. Even with out evidence. When the narrative is that relentless there is little that can be done to sway people towards the truth.
In the end Trump cannot win this war. If the Senate reject impeachment it will be seen as a cover up. If he is impeached and acquitted it will be seen as a cover up. He could shake hand with Gandhi, mother Teresa and god himself and they would be screaming he was only using them for personal gain.
This partisan process has damaged the country and it’s standing in the world. They hold hearings when he is representing the country and they diminish the US’s standing by doing so. The Democrats have divided the country and set the world against a president who has done more for the US economy than any other president.

His ratings have gone up and down since he was elected as you’d expect.
His ratings have held up during the impeachment enquiry: however although they stand at their joint highest ever, it’s still only 46%, which is by far the lowest “high” of any president since they started measuring these things in the 1930s. Being such a divisive figure that isn’t surprising: to break through that he’d need to start attracting significant positive ratings outside his own party. And at most approval (as opposed to actual support) has barely ever reached 10% there

I don’t think there is masses of evidence to impeach. Spin has a lot to answer for. Spin spin spin and that spin becomes urban truth.
If I remember rightly there was only one witness that had first hand knowledge of the supposed offence and he testified that Trump had explicitly said ‘I want nothing, no quid pro quo’.
