because they think that Labour is more for them, anyway i wonder when we are going shove that title aside seeing how some so called ethnic communities are in the majority.
I expect they will vote for a variety of parties. Unsure why they'd feel a need to support the undemocrats.
I am sure there was a massive number of newly arrived voters who voted for Blair's Labour, because their gratitude in voting was what prompted him to encourage mass immigration in the first place.

Times move on, and a lot of those initial immigrants are now settled here, and have homes and businesses, and may well see their advantage in being to vote Conservative.

It's a hard one to call, but certainly I don't believe that Labour can count on the craven gratitude of immigrants by voting for them, in the way they probably could in Blair's heyday.
Probably just do what you do fender62. Read the manifestos, listen to the debates and make up their minds based on that.

It depends on which ethnic subgroup you’re referring to. Best not to throw all ethnic groups together...it very much doesn’t work like that.

There is a tendency for BAME voters to vote Labour, but there are socio-ecominic reasons (just like I’m traditional working class areas, Labour does better than the Tories).

It’s not necessarily a race thing.
*in not I’m
SP, //Best not to throw all ethnic groups together... .....There is a tendency for BAME voters to vote Labour...//

Doesn't BAME cover most of them?
