As a remainer surely he must have already had issues before Brexit ?
I'm not up on Formula One, Khandro, but I think that flag means

Doctors diagnosed him with schizophrenia-like Acute and Transient Psychotic Disorder (ATPD) and prescribed him the antipsychotic drug olanzapine. After two weeks in hospital, he “recovered completely”.

Those with a predisposition to schizophrenia-like episodes can be triggered by any number of stressful situations that most of us would take in our stride.
