Nine months not nine weeks.
Total penalty is committal to prison for nine months.
Penalty reduced by 138 days to reflect time already served.

It could have been worse......or better, depending upon your point of view.
It is the slap on the wrist he needs. A good time out.

No doubt this will just make him louder and have an even bigger grudge though. Might be a double edged sword.

Ha! Hope he's cacking himself.
I don't understand why he was not immediately released.

I believe he was sentenced to nine months (say 270 days). In fact he will only serve a quarter of that. Those sentenced to between three months and four years are released under"Home Detention Curfew" after serving one quarter of their sentence (subject to a minimum of 28 days). So his 270 days becomes 67. If he has already served 138 dyas he is owed 71. Best to wait until I can find the judge's sentencing remarks.

I have to say when I judge tells me to do something I do it plenty quick. Jesus dont they ( da judges) ponce around? yeah but I still bend my back to their instructions ....
