History moves on. I'd look upon the definition of treason to be against the nation as much as any anachronistic head of state. If the law doesn't then maybe it's time it changed and Hunt has a point.

Mr er Hunt has not got up to the bit where it is also treason to impregnate ( give a baby to in AB speak) the eldest daughter and or wife of the king. ( one or the other no I am not going to look it up)

you missed a couple PP - most actions under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act have been against those who don't clean up after their dog, or who invent false addresses to get themselves in the good school catchment area.....
