The double standard (fed largely by malice and ignorance, I suggest) which applauds this prosecution is extraordinary. Of course, Robinson as a marked man under a provisional sentence for contempt of court was quite needlessly and, you might think, provocatively standing outside a court a year later live-streaming stuff. Despite that you might ask why...

In fact you can actually get anagrams of common Latin conjunctions out of it.

Wouldn't you agree, Corve?
You should stop trying to prove you’re educated with poncy equations and dead languages. Your ignorance shines thru the smoke and mirrors like a beacon of crass stupidity.

Yes, but let's forget those past 'very serious' crimes, his real crime is the fact that he happens to be right-wing, and as such upsets the liberal left establishment by addressing the real crimes that have have been brought to our shores, by those who they have allowed in due to their 'open door' policy.
No, his real crime/s are the one on his ‘rap sheet’. I think you’ve moved on to discussing a totally different aspect of the situation. One which you’ve covered ad nauseam (as our friend V-E might say).
He also just happens to be a law-breaker and is facing the consequences of his actions.
////It takes someone incredibly stupid to then go out and commit the very same offence again//

//I think we're all agreed there, Gromit.//

All perhaps except Robinson himself?

He is not 'stupid'. He knows exactly what his intentions are and he couldn't care less how he achieves his goals even if that means that he rides roughshod over due process.

One can be as articulate and presentable as he is but he continually digs bigger holes for himself.

As his convictions (serious or not in some cases) stack up, it is history for him and his merry band of supporters as they undoubtedly march on to pursue their next objective and brand of 'justice'.
//He also just happens to be a law-breaker and is facing the consequences of his actions//

Dear, oh dear etc.

This poster is obsessed with the crimes of Tommy Robinson (real name Yaxley-Lennon).

This poster pretends that TR was preventing a successful prosecution for gang rape by prejudicial reporting.

This poster, sorry, people exactly like this poster were happy to ignore gang rape and allow it to flourish for moral reasons which only low-life moral types will understand. Any attempt to expose this novel form of sexual abuse by a particular community was attacked by this poster, sorry people like this poster, and his multicultural friends in the media.

I repeat: which is the greater sin, raping a girl or slagging off the rapist?

I could start talking motes and beams, innit. But I don't think the coalition of fools I'm addressing would understand the reference.

For the last time 'we' weren't happy to ignore gang rape. And how you can blame those who criticise YL as allowing it to flourish is a complete non sequitur.
And as I recommended earlier, desist with the tying to look educated. Your childish words and mangled reasoning belie your thin cloak of anachronistic classical references.
Ah, but "you" were. OTW it wouldn't have gone unchallenged for at least ten years (in Rotherham for just one instance).

And, by the way, please stop deploying phrases in dead languages.
.. it makes the argument (such as it is) hard to follow.
VE //And, by the way, please stop deploying phrases in dead languages.//
A fine example of the pot calling the kettle black.
You got me there, Danny. I fess up, mate.
(nil desperandum)
I use latin which is widely accepted as part of everyday writing. There's a big difference between this and writing whole sentences to try and impress people.

Surely by your argument, we're all guilty of letting rape gangs thrive. Or do you have some sort of 'special case' which exempts you?

For the last time 'we' weren't happy to ignore gang rape.

The Police and Social services etc were.
I have to agree with you there, AOG.
11y olds made informed choice to be raped - by order of Gordon Brown!

//For the last time 'we' weren't happy to ignore gang rape.

The Police and Social services etc were.//

All the schools, all the local journalists and all the local councillors knew about this.
I might disagree with 'all' V_E but there definitely was widespread knowledge.
