Yes, but the thing is he's also pretty clearly right: trying to force through "no deal" by disbanding Parliament deliberately is so utterly contemptuous.

Tricks? So far, the "tricks" you refer to include: launching legal proceedings to ensure that the UK constitution was upheld; upholding international law; holding votes in Parliament on the Withdrawal Agreement; attempting to scrutinise legislation with the world "Brexit" in it; and avoiding a "No Deal" exit because the country neither is nor will be ready for the fallout of that.

On the other hand, the tricks pro-Brexit supporters -- and Mrs. May, who is also a Brexit supporter now even if she isn't *your* Brexit supporter -- have tried include trying to shut down Parliament; trying to force an agreement through without letting Parliament vote on it; delaying that vote in the hope that the fear of No Deal would push people to support a broken deal; trying to force an agreement through even though Parliament had rejected it; trying to force the agreement through even though Parliament had rejected it twice; trying to force the agreement through even though Parliament had rejected it three times; trying to deny people a chance to vote in EU elections; delaying the process so long that the administrative process that allows EU citizens to vote in EU elections was delayed;

etc etc.

Remainers' hands are not clean in this -- in promoting a Customs Union as the solution, in particular, they are being fairly dishonest -- but there is plenty of contempt to be dished out on all sides. Attempting to force No Deal on the UK by dismissing Parliament is an approach that should have been killed off in the age of Charles II.

I see nothing contemptuous about bypassing the stalling anti-democratic MPs and thus delivering that which the public voted for. If the MPs were not acting so contemptuously it wouldn't be necessary.

proroguing Parliament is what Charles I used to do when he didn't get his way. The speaker has asserted the rights of Parliament against an overweening executive ever since, and that's exactly what Bercow is doing now.

Interesting, most of the so called Brexiteer tricks turn out to be remainer May tricks; and the ones left are simple attempts to overcome remainer MPs intransigence when it came to delivering Brexit trying to ensure it doesn't happen.

I didn't condone any of what Theresa May has done, but oddly enough to start with a lot of Brexit supporters were very on board with her hard line. No matter that where we've ended up is the logical consequence of that, apparently not she has always been a deep-cover Remainer trying to thwart you from the beginning. And I'm going to call out that nonsense for what it is.

Also, of course you lot are angry too. Why would you not be? But you aren't the only ones who have reason to be angry, and your anger is still misplaced.
