The leader of a younger more dynamic party said it first in the EU parliament a day after the result of the 2016 referendum result was announced I think.

Thanks for that zebo:

Bob was a star
Extrapolating from present views, while many are annoyed at the main parties, to a GE result, is unreasonable. Sky should know better, but apparently doesn't.

(In any case, when voters have sat and thought about it for a while, they may realise that the reason there's been little progress is that the undemocratic MPs, many of whom would be Liberals, are those voting to prevent Brexit at any point they can. So Liberal should be the last party any democrat should support.)
It's a poll and it still shows a large opinion for change. Whether this extrapolates into a real Government is another matter, it's easy to say to a pollster I would vote lib or Brexit but a totally different one when actually putting ones X in the box.
perlease!
We can test the theory in 6 days time @Peterborough.

The MSM seem remarkably quiet about such an important by-election.
I easily found articles in the Independant, Guardian and Express.

Seems labour are bringing in COB and Bottler (so thats them b***d) and the Tories are also using the tactic they have used in other seats against Sir Nige by bringing in loads of big guns.

Seems they are worried, very worried - and so they should be.

Worried about Brexit Party not the Libs (at the moment)
You can find stories if you go looking for them. We just don't seem to hear much on the TV or Radio. Could just be me, of course.
Thanks for pointing out the various articles, ymb. It's interesting to see lack of research being confused with a cover-up so frequently :P

Historically Peterborough's been a strong two-party seat, Lib Dems in particular suffering from the coalition effect. As it was quite heavily Leave-voting in 2016 I shouldn't be too surprised to see the Brexit party do well.
Well, I didn't mention any cover up, Jim, but now you mention it could the fact the Brexit Party are dead certs to win be affecting how much coverage the Remain TV/Radio stations are giving it?

I notice Farage has accused YouGov of “fake polling”.

Hmmm
^YouGov kind of admitted as much yesterday. Said they were going to release a statement to explain it. Have they?

As they point out, the same method was used for the Euro elections and overestimated the BP vote by several per cent
And you accept that. Hide the name of the Brexit Party because too many people say they'll vote for them.
I can't believe they spent hours to craft that pathetic excuse.

Did you actually read the stuff at the link?
The Brexit Party was listed under “others” for the reason that if all parties were given equal ratings it might end with a more diverse set of results than is likely to be accurate. It’s the “loaded question” problem.
As it was that is how they were listed for the European election but in the end they OVERESTIMATED their support by around 6%
It may be that when or if they remove the BP to the main parties section their support will go up, but to claim that they’ve suddenly “hidden their name” is inaccurate for starters.
As it is, a poll conducted just after their success in the recent election would be hard pressed to “hide” them.
