He's right - "it is a matter of conscience".
Depends if you have one or not...
Good man Hezza :-)
He’s able to vote in European elections.
Worth a gallon of milkshakes ...

The Conservative Party is falling apart before our very eyes.
The brave Margaret Hodge suggested she night vote Lib Dem also but has seemingly reined back after receiving threats of expulsion from the Labour Party.
Nothing to stop her voting anyway of course :-)
The lib dems are the tory protest vote. I have high hopes for them.

"Lib Non Dems"

It's not democratic to lead people to vote with a web of lies.

Considering the tight vote, i think it's sensible to forget about democracy. If that makes me satan, so be it. How can you vote for uncertainty?
The Life Story of" The Witch " is on BBC 2 Tonight . Thank god I am going out .
Thanks for reminding we about that Gullie: I thought it was tomorrow. Actually a 5 part series.
ICH, Hatton Garden Heist on the other side , same time , which ever one you watch it will all be about Robbing The Public.
A bit of political history: more my thing ...

Your television has an 'off' button and others that enable you to change channels, Gulliver. You just need to find them. Go on. Give it a try. They really are there. Honestly.
Worth watching to see how quickly mental faculties can decline.
Will it be on Telly at the WRVS whilst the Knitting circle are meeting, or will that be a little too late for them ?.
Can't help but think that his mind must be going the way Maggie's finally went.
Some conscience! His two faces should fit in well with the inappropriately named Liberal Democrats.
I thought he had died physically, but no, just politically committing suicide.
He's a man who has always had delusions about his own importance. I don't think anyone, anywhere really cares how he votes.
Ooh I think they do.
Mr Burns seems awfully cross for one ...
Others just pretending not to ;-)
Not Surprised even the rats jump over board when the ship is sinking, and the Cons " Clear Blue Water " is getting very murky.
He's always struck me as a reasonable and fair-minded sort for a millionaire Tory.
Not many can have that said about them these days.

I'm with Jack on this - Hesser is just one more has-been who hasn't actually realised that he is no longer relevant, and his views on Europe, no matter how barking they may be, no longer actually matter very much to anyone.
douglas - // He's always struck me as a reasonable and fair-minded sort for a millionaire Tory. //

Speaking as someone who lives around the corner from what was one of the largest and deepest coal mines in Europe, and watched the decimation of my community caused by Heseltine importing cheap Polish coal under the guise of 'market forces', with the knock-on effect of the destruction of the entire domestic coal mining industry, I can't view has as in any way 'reasonable' or 'fair-minded', and you may find the other Stokies on here will echo that view.
Not just 'Stokies', andy.
