....but what about Jezza? After brexit or not is sorted there is still plenty of time till the next election. Do you think Old New Labour will re surge and dump Cob and his Marxist extremists? Who do you see emerging as the next Labour leader? Could Chukka make a comeback from StatusQuoUK? Maybe Watson? not a Blairite but no friend of the hard left in Cob's inner circle. Are the Millepede's an outside chance?

It's difficult to see how it'll happen because the party membership is now made up largely of Corbyn acolytes and they're the ones that vote for the leader.

If the dear leader does go it'll likely be one of his gang that gets the job. Chukka's got no chance.
I think both parties are in exactly the same position. No one really wants the poison chalice of leadership.
Chuka Umunna has left the Labour Party so I think we can safely assume he won’t be leading it :-)
Corbyn is very unpopular with thousands of members because of Brexit: but still popular on a lot of other issues.
I disagree that no one else wants to lead either party. Certainly they do Labour. And I think the time has almost come where someone else has to lead the Tories
Fair enough.
The people who run the Labour Party – and it’s not the politicians - have been systematically replacing moderates with their own hard left brand. If Corbyn goes, expect more of the same.
COB is going nowhere, although at 69 is is on the wrong side of time for such a stressful position.

However he goes though as Naomi says, expect more of the same
Come the G/E, there is a good chance that we could end up with a labour PM, Then I would really P M S L .
