I just read this and I was pretty shocked by some of the things people do or keep from their significant others.
My worst is that Mr Cal has this one friend who he thinks is awesome, he loves him to death, thinks he's a really fun guy and treats him like a brother. I hate the sight of him, he's an utter douche, and he hates the sight of me. We are charming with one another and Mr Cal has no idea lol.

Do any of you have things, do things, think things that your significant others have no idea about?

People go on about the need for total honesty, but really most have stuff they don't tell partners, or anyone; nobody wants to be as transparent as a window pane. But really, some secrets are more important than others. I remember hearing about a lottery winner who hadn't told her family because they'd just blow the lot.

For me it's mostly my opinions of people around him and close to him rather than anything I've done, but yes I'd rather he didn't know that at the moment too Jo x

There are things about me that himself doesn't know and will never know...why? because it is none of his business and he wasn't around at the time. I can see no reason to tell someone about all the things you have done...equally my finances are none of his or anyone elses business...I have always paid more than my fair share

oh I come from an extended family where:
1)knock knock ! here are the other five children from the first marriage you knew nothing about
2)your aunt is really your sister - it just seemed easier in view of the age difference
3)there was a secret second marriage as well you knew nothing about ( see1)
4)Happy 16th birthday - oh by the way your father isnt your father I have been meaning to tell you
5)this time SHE seems to have remarried without bothering to get divorced first
6)we know your mothers your mother but we arent sure who the fathers are
7) oh and .... I think you are my dad - Answer well I am not interested .....

so I tend to operate on - if they want me to know they will tell me ....
