I don’t know. The Daily Mail doesn’t either.
No doubt they are, aog. Shameful.
No doubt the people on the plane did what they considered to be right at the time- it clearly states they were unaware of his rape conviction- no idea why he hasn't been deported yet though, and he really should be. And quickly.
They should have kept out of it.
Whether he was accused of a crime or not, the treatment of that passenger, was none of their business.
If they mutinied, then the flight should have been cancelled.
If it daft sending deportees back on flights packed with holidaymakers.

Theresa May (or her Ministers) is often going to Turkey to have tea with that nice human rights vilolator, Recep Erdogan. Her plane will have heavy security.
Perhaps the deportee could have a seat near to her, I hear she doesn’t have many friends at the moment.
No it's every human being's responsibility to stand up and be counted if they see anything they consider to be an great injustice taking place, and for whatever reason that's what they thought- so in my book they did act correctly as clearly they thought that to be the case. It was not however and he should have been on the next flight out.

Agree, and why wasn't they all arrested for preventing the plane to take off?
Agreed with AOG and naomi........and charged with causing an affray.
Arrested for what?

What proof had they, that an injustice had been carried out?
It is them who should have remained in this country, thus missing out on their holiday.

Perhaps your MP could point out the route to take to discover why he hasn't been deported as yet.
OR...obstructing the course of justice. ^^^^
Sensible suggestion, Mamya.

Causing an affray and preventing an airliner from taking off on it's legitimate flight.
I may be wrong, but looking at the video it appears that all the "troublemakers " are holidaymakers,i.e Brits and the other passengers, who are letting the Home office officials do their job, seem to be foreigners, maybe Turkish.
I’m not sure affray would be appropriate:
‘threat of unlawful violence towards another and conduct is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety’

As always you are soon to hand out your suggestions to others whilst sitting on the fence yourself, while rapist such as him are allowed to continue to reside in our country.
