Actually I agree with him.

No money should be given out until we understand the problem and any expenditure is justified and indeed controlled on where it is spent.

There is plenty of many sloshing about, it is just poorly or unwisely spent.
Perhaps they should consider raising the Council Tax, with higher increases for the people of the problem areas?

Even if they were given extra money it would not put more police on the street as it takes months to recruit and train police officers.

Sod giving money to supply extra Police Men on the streets, When the Cons can give money to finance the likes of the Dup,and Channel Tunnel, etc, etc etc instead.
Money today, wont mend the results of decades of social decline and broken families.
