Three men were arrested on Thursday over the murder of Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, 24, from Denmark, and Maren Ueland, 28, from Norway.
The pair were found dead from knife wounds near a popular tourist spot on Monday.
At least one of the suspects has been linked to an Islamist extremist group.

I’m still perplexed why Westerners travel to Islamic countries in the present climate
and it’s not something I’ll ever pursue, for holiday or otherwise.

In all honesty I’d thought the tourism industry in Morocco was all but dead and buried after June 2015.

As I said, amazed Westerners still travel there.

I pray to God that we get a strong man or woman to lead us, and round up all the Muslims and kick them out of our country.

Lots of tourists in Morocco. I was last there earlier this year, but frankly I don't go to Islamic countries much these days. Best avoided.

blimey - then dont go to London ! - for the violence I mean,
well yeah OK since this is AB ( leave your sanity at the door etc) London IS an islamic cosmopolis ....
so dont go again.

Anyway - I have just returned from Luxor and nope there was no violence. I recommend it - I am surprised to see an ex marine being risk averse - but hey ho this is life.....

The Christians ( Copts) there asked us to pray for tourists ... I felt more sorry for them

Cheap holiday ... Luxor. The tourist trade in that area has suffered badly.
