Sorry, Talbot. I did check before posting.
There's no doubt she'll have to go. Not sure where she'll be safe, not in the UK, I wouldn't think.

Needless to say...the protests are well on the way.
the whole matter was a complete travesty...hope she can get on with her life somewhere now
I agree minty.
I know where the death penalty needs applied, and it ain't a Christian woman living in the 14th century.
Can't argue with that doug!
Do you think some people on here will re-think their support for blasphemy laws. Doubt it.

I'm sure there will be some who will want to correct the decision of the court.
About time too,I hope she can be left in peace in whichever country she and her family settles in.
// Can't argue with that doug!//

I can - we were burning people in the 14th C for heresy .....
hardly a good example for the future ...

yeah the local iman has secured immortality himself by saying

if the judgement is true - then it shows there is no law in this country and we will take matters into our own hands

About time - and I agree - she must leave. Crazy people.
Pakistan, for all its claims to be a civilised country, is still locked an a moral and dogmatic vacuum. They need to look to the future and even consider that free speech is not as terrible as they seem to think so.
great! With Imran Khan as the new PM Pakistan will 'play cricket'
Don't hold your breath, tamborine.
She and her immediate family should indeed get out if they can.
America would be safest, imo.
no-one is safe in such a backward tishhole. It's clearly like 17th century England whereby if you didn't like someone in the village you just accused them of witchcraft and the mob would do the rest, If the witchfynders didn't do it first.
