It's not actually illegal to be a 'member' or a 'gang' - if it were, all the Freemasons would be locked up in the morning.

The law works on specific offences, and banding together in groups is not one of them.

altho armies kinda have placards - 'we are the enemy' - 'shoot in this direction please'

gangs in Lundy - dont - have placards, "we are a gang" and 'we are just on our way to stab/kill someone' - and this lack may confuse the average trooper/tommy/infangtryman

some more or less then others, id go in the middle of the night and kick down their doors, truncheons tazers, stun grenades, surround the whole estate sharp shooters on roofs for any dissenters, c10 transport plane..dump the lot back to africa.
