Silly me. There was I thinking that it was another Beep Beep See exercise in libtard flag waving(in the name of free speech) for the plight of vicious Muslim murderers and their supporters. Funny how information that is critical of the animals is covered by an information blackout but advertising their yoo man credentials is de rigueur with the very same worm...

It's a very good question and one I asked myself yesterday when I heard them chatting about their mission on the radio.
Maybe the BBC see themselves as a modern day Nuremberg.

As long as the end result is the same, that'll be fine.
The extradition to the US is news, so the BBC were able to get an interview, adding to the ongoing story. It is standard practise in reporting news that you ask for all relevent parties for a comment.
At the moment they have not been convicted and are presumed innocent (even though they are not).
It would be different if the BBC gave them airtime AFTER a conviction, but it is perfectly normal to report their denial before a trial.

Is plod liable to consider that as interfering in an ongoing trial?
Maybe because the British still believe unfortunately in “free “ speech
Useful idiots.

There isn’t an ongoing trial.
At a trial the plead is always reported. The trial that Tommy Robinson was reporting on, the defendents have denied the charges, and it is fine to report that.

Are they brothers
They look alike
How can these evil murderous scum be classed as Londoners when they have been stripped of their British citizenship?

And bedsides why don't the Americans do with them as they seem fit, if they are no longer British?
Togo
Maybe when they are charged, then reporting restrictions may be put on their case. As it is, whatever they say or do can be legally reported.
Robinson broadcast live from a trial that was subject to restrictions forbidding filming. And being stupid and not understanding the law, is not a valid defence.
It's news, so it's reported. Folk don't have to read every article. Hardly giving the two any aid.

I believe nationality and citizenship are different things. A nation can grant or remove citizenship but not change where someone's born. And sometimes one gets classed according to where they reside, anyway.
Gromit

The question that must be asked is why this particular trial had reporting and filming restrictions imposed?

I cannot remember any other recent trial that had such restrictions imposed.

no you blammed idiot: the bbc are allowing them to have airtime, so that we DON'T feel sorry for them.!

yeah yeah I know atl the deep thinkers and researchers on AB will exclaim " wod dat about den?"

Look at the structure of the interview let alone the content
and contrast it with what [is a lleged] they did to their victims

The looked washed and well fed - clean and not co-erced
They declined to answer questions when it suited them or their defence
and then made demaging admissions of their own will
They knew Beatle John and they remembered him different to us.

The interviewer didnt even say: if you are witnesses to your faith and actions - tell us what you did (that is bear wtness to it) and how you will benefit in heaven (we are all dying (ha!) to know) - come on dont be shy

( shairhid in arabic - is both witness and martyr - cute huh?)
// The question that must be asked is why this particular trial had reporting and filming restrictions imposed? //

what ? they are in Syria and havent even been extradited let alone charged .....

oh you mean another trial which was nothing about terrorism, killing people and cutting off heads wiv stanley knivers

that is a completely unre;lated trial
can we drag Brxit into this please as well - brown people prepared to kill us in our beds no not Tommy.

( actually I know the answer to the unrelated quesition
Tommy ( tammy-can you hear me?) was prejudcing a future third trial - which you could have found out yourself if you had read the articles you love referring to)
// I cannot remember any other recent trial that had such restrictions imposed. //
oh dear god
I can
any family court procedings ( not one counter-example but thousands) - per year
any criminal process with a child defendant
for starters
The BBC recently advertised for non whites to apply for internships.
Maybe it run by TROP and they like to look after their own.
//the bbc are allowing them to have airtime, so that we DON'T feel sorry for them.! //

Oh dear. More justification using twisted logic.(Logic? HaHa made myself laugh there)
Coming soon....in depth "interviews" with Peter Sutcliffe and Levi Bellfield(aka Yusuf Rahim) to encourage us to be forgiving and understanding in the name of libtard piety. Meehh.

BTW Ta Webbo.
