Good. The minimum should be higher though.

But she is a good Muslim.
They don't have 'nuns' Theland - are you confused?
Theland - // But she is a good Muslim. //

According to what?
just a minimum, I suppose, ummmm. In 2031 they can decide if she's been deradicalised. I hope they're not too easily fooled.

Bless her. Maybe she is sorry.
Justice has been served. I am so glad that other religions are so forgiving

Should give her pork flakes for breakfast, pork soup for lunch, pork stew for evening meal, and bacon crisps for a light supper.
And sleep on a pig skin rug.
Don't be disgusting Theland, you really are an abomination of a human being. the Nazi's did things like that to Jews. It's right that she's sentenced to life, however she was a child radicalised both at home and online. We need to stop things far greater than the last in the chain of command.
Theland - You really are all heart aren't you?

When you joined our merry band, you posted frequently about Christianity, and advised of your faith often.

Over the last few weeks, your posts have been exclusively hostile anti-Muslim invective.

Is there a reason for the change?
kvalidir, //We need to stop things far greater than the last in the chain of command.//

Absolutely spot on! But when every argument in favour of that is met with vigorous objection the question is …. how?
George W Bush embarked on a War on Terror. Trillions of Dollars were spent, and hundreds of thousands killed, and the problem is ten times worse than when he started.
The US and the west should stop meddling in the middle east. We should stop trying to overthrow leaders we don’t like, and we should stop supporting disgusting Arab regimes.

Why would that stop some of our new citizens wanting to kill some of their fellow citizens?

// Why would that stop some of our new citizens wanting to kill some of their fellow citizens? //

Firstly, the majority of recent terrorist attacks have not been committed by ‘new citizens’ they have been committed by people born here.
Secondly, us waging war in muslim countries and the deaths of hundreds of thousands of muslims is taken as an excuse by the terrorists for killing us.
Thirdly, people in muslim countries who suffer under dictatorships, absolute rulers and lack of democracy, can see who are keeping those oppressors in power (us) and blame us for their plight.

We should stop bombing Syria, get out of Iraq and Afghanistan. Have nothing to do with Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and stop arming Israel. We would save a fortune, but we might also salvage a better future for ourselves.
I certainly agree about point one.

As for the rest of it you don't know very much at all, do you?

This is a moderator, isn't it?

Sad.
VE,
You keep posting things like I’m a clown, and that I don’t know very much, but you offer no counter argument.
Try to convince me that supporting Saudi Arabia is in our national interest and making us safer from terrorism. I don’t believe that, but you obviously do, so educate me.
Parable of the sower. Hint: stony ground.

He won't get that, will he?

And of course there is "Jesus wept".
