Will We Still Be Tied To The ‘Transition’ Or ‘Implementation’ Deal If We Do Actually Get A Reasonably Good Trade Deal?

Or will we be able to walk away on my birthday next year?

As long as the trade deal includes financial services we should just go.

Junker is keen for a trade deal on goods but (at one time at least) adamant it would not include financial services. Because they sell us much more in goods and we sell them more on financial services.

We should tell him there isn’t one without the other.

But in any case I just wondered if we will be tied to the transition/implementation period.
