This is on the BBC web site, but I still wonder if it is genuine.

I like the swimsuit section of the camel beauty contests best.
It is real.

My wife has worked regularly in Abu Dhabi, and they have camel beauty contests out there.

Particularly prized apparently are well-splayed toes, long eye-lashes and arched noses.

It's a different world!
I guess farm shows here award rosettes for the best cow and suchlike. Not that different. Never heard of botoxed udders though.

spath - // Apparently testicular botox is quite common in men this day and age. //

I cannot imagine being vain (vein!!!) enough to endure that!
"testicular botox" - now which AB contributors have they named that procedurein honour of, I wonder ...
That's why they're called Bacteria.
Or Bacterian as I typed.
Surely in 2018 we are being a bit shallow... should it not be the camel with the best personality?

The most "defined" camel toe?
Haggis, quite right - nothing worse than a camel with a complex.

/// well-splayed toes ///

Surely a definite no, no, in female fashion is to show a camel toe.
But not if you're a camel.
Depends on the judges AOG
Well I never..
I could spit, I really could!
