The African Union really should know better than to keep prodding AB with a s***y stick :-)

Here we go again ...
they may be as described but he should have the good grace to apologise. Sorry but he is POTUS. and as such diplomacy goes a long way.
Trump denies saying it.

Trump isn’t going to apologise.

It is a dead heat between the US and Africa which has the most sh!tholes.

It’s fun having a non politician as President. He just says the first *** that comes into nis head, and doesn’t give a ***.
I would have thought that the African Union has more important issues to deal with on their continent, than a few words spoken in the privacy of the Oval Office.
Mr President, will you apologise?

"You know, I have nothing against Africa. Africa is a wonderful country. Chocolate comes from Africa? Did you know that? I didn't know that. Who knows that? I mean it just comes in bars and everyone eats it but no one knows where it comes from but it comes from Africa and any country that can make chocolate well it can't be a total ***hole can it. You know maybe I was just confusing the *** with the chocolate. And these people blame me you know ..."
Because it was undiplomatic and rather rude. A politician should have enough wit to choose how to phrase their thoughts in a less confrontational manner.
What would he apologize for? He didn't say those words ?
this is like the Brexit freds
you turn your head or blimk and blimey there's wnother one !

BA for itchy - - inspired parody
If Donald Trump ever speaks the truth it WILL be headline news.

He has got it right on Iran sanctions tho: extending the moratorium on the sanctions related to the Obama Iran deal (albeit "one more time" supposedly) and punishing the powerful oppressors in that country with different sanctions.
"Mr Trump has denied using the language reported"
Trouble is, only those there know, and he would say that in any case.
Because the U.S. President leaves the right to an individual private opinion at the door. He is supposed to be a spokesman for American values and the American government.

I don't get the sense that this is a terribly important thing for his hyper-patriotic supporters, though.
Go to the deep south of America , some of the biggest shitholes going...
we agree that America has plenty of problems in its own backyard. He should concentrate on that.
I don’t know what was wrong with the ‘discussion’ going on on Mikey’s thread.
Will the Muslims who call our Country a cess pit(similar words are available) of immorality have to apologise to Great Britain?
Silly non sequitur Togo. The Muslims don’t represent one of the biggest free countries in world.
Togo,
Only the ones running the country.

You or I or muslim malcontents can say what we want using as many expletives as we like. But we expect our Presidents, Prime Ministers, Chancellors and Ayatollahs to be more careful with their language.
"Your" President? Your hobby horse more like.
Whatever the topic. Muslim haters butting in. Looking silly.
