so the first thing he does is name as health ambassador is someone who has completely screwed his own country's health care. - I looked - Mugabe doesnt get paid for this


the last one was political apparently
but she shook things up over Zika
and pointed out forcefully that a lot of the regulation of drugs wasnt in the interests of the patients ( time involved to get a vaccine cleared and in production )

and someone pointing out that medical regulation (shipman and all that sort of stuff) was not in the patients interests but WAS in the paper pushers interests

Read about it this morning. They've just embarrassed themselves. Difficult to take them seriously at the moment.
In a shopping mall carpark here in South Africa a few months ago, we saw a gleaming new Rolls Royce.
It had an unusual, short, personalised number plate. Looking closer we saw it was from Zimbabwe.
Perhaps someone had driven down to pick up some medicines from the local pharmacy.

TTT...Yes, I agree. The WHO have handled this whole affair appallingly, and I would like to know the reason why they made this daft decision in the first place.
