A bit like Zac has, they have shot themselves in the foot.

The video starts with ''this was on the floor'' and if it is against council policy to take bin-bags off the floor as it is here ... they have no case.

ZM, being born here does not preclude a person from being Asian. Three of my children were born abroad but they are still English.
