Andy, are you saying that ISIS DON'T want to export jihadis to Europe? Or that they are too stupid to know how to do it? Or that one or two may have got smuggled in, not the 4,000 claimed?These are very simple-minded questions. Can I expect a sophisticated response?

No, that is not what I am saying - which is why I didn't say it.

I didn't mention numbers specifically, but the law of averages dictates that there must be a number of Jihadists included, but there is no way of quantifying that number by us, or indeed by ISIS, but I doubt it is anything like 4,000 - that sounds like a number plucked out of the air.
