Excellent piece. So refreshing to see stories about people who actually *do* something, rather than ineffectually complaining.

Now *there's* a man who is worthy of an OBE. Apparently anyone can nominate someone for recognition. Perhaps a more deserved case than the usual phalanx of Whitehall mandarins?
